We recommend wearing comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid anything too tight or too loose that might restrict movement or cause distractions. Most people wear leggings or shorts and a comfortable top.

While bringing your own mat is encouraged for hygiene and personal preference, we do have high-quality mats available for rent at a nominal fee. We also have mats available for purchase if you decide you'd like your own.

Absolutely! We offer classes specifically designed for those new to yoga, clearly marked on our schedule. Additionally, many of our general classes are suitable for all levels, with instructors providing modifications and alternatives to accommodate beginners and experienced practitioners alike. Don't hesitate to inform your instructor that you are new.

Our cancellation policy requires you to cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before the scheduled class time to avoid being charged or losing a class credit. For workshops and special events, cancellation terms may vary, so please check the specific event details upon booking.
